These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AID Virtual website and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Overview

AID Virtual provides the following services:

  • 51Talk Partnership: Guidance and support for Filipino professionals applying to teach English through 51Talk's platform.
  • Virtual Assistance Services: Matching of Filipino virtual assistants with clients seeking remote support services.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. Our talent services (51Talk and VA) are primarily available to Philippine residents.

3. Free Services

Our 51Talk application guidance and VA application support are provided at no cost to applicants. We will never charge you a fee to apply for these programs. Any person or entity claiming to be AID Virtual and charging application fees is not authorized by us.

4. User Conduct

When using our services or communicating with us, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, threaten, or harm any member of our team or community
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Copy, redistribute, or exploit our content without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and branding — is owned by AID Virtual and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for the best outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results, including (but not limited to) 51Talk application acceptance, VA placement timelines, or website ranking outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AID Virtual shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific service in question.

9. Third-Party Platforms

51Talk is an independent third-party platform. AID Virtual serves as a guidance and partnership channel but does not control 51Talk's policies, decisions, or operations. Acceptance or rejection of 51Talk applications is at 51Talk's sole discretion.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through appropriate legal channels in the Philippines.
